1:1 pilates reformer training

Private Reformer or Mat Sessions

The gold standard for Pilates training.  One-on-one training in a private environment on the Stott Reformer. You do not need any experience.  I will show you the essentials of the machine, and help you progress.  Each session will be tailored to your unique goals and will consider your specific needs.  You can choose if you would like to use the Reformer alone, or combine Reformer training with Mat Pilates or Barre.

5 sessions $320

10 sessions $600

Reformer Pilates take place in the Victor St. home studio.

Each session is one hour. Prices include HST.

*Like all personal training, private Pilates sessions are an investment. I am always transparent about the costs, preferring to post them here on the website, rather than asking you to contact me for a sales pitch. I believe that the results of individual Reformer Pilates speak for themselves, in the way your body feels. Regardless of how many sessions you choose, at each session I will provide you with recommendations for exercises you can do at home and work into your everyday life, as well as nutrition suggestions to support your progress.

Semi-private Mat Pilates sessions

Bring your friends! Bring a partner!  Find a time that works for you.

You get to choose who you work out with, up to 3 people.

Prices:

Individual session $80 

5 sessions $320

Group classes

Groups of up to 8 participants.

8 sessions $120 (includes HST)

Group classes take place at 190 Wortley Rd.

Mat Pilates

Mat-based Pilates classes focus on mobility, strength, stability, posture and breath work. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. No experience is required! All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Whether you are an absolute beginniner, or a lifelong fitness enthusiast, you will be challenged at your own level, and will see progress and results by the end of the 8-week session.

barre pilates

Unleash your inner ballerina! Based on Pilates principles, Barre classes will help you build the long, lean muscles of a dancer. These classes combine standing work at the ballet barre as well as work on the mat. Props such as weights and resistance bands are used to challenge your strength, while fun music will keep you moving. Your core and glutes will thank you! Just like Mat Pilates, you will progress throughout the sessions from wherever you begin, so all ages and levels of fitness are welcome!
